About Jade
Originally from Vancouver, Canada currently residing in Melbourne, Australia, Jade has been playing the harp professionally for over a decade. Jade began playing the harp at age nine and continued to study for 12 years primarily under the instruction of harpist Heidi Krutzen (Vancouver Opera Orchestra , CBC radio Orchestra) at the Vancouver Academy of Music.
Jade has performed with vocalists, musicians, theatre groups and orchestras. She has entertained for corporate events, weddings, on television shows, and as a guest entertainer on Cruise Lines. With a large and varied repertoire including classical, Celtic, Latin, jazz, and contemporary music Jade can create the perfect atmosphere for your event. Jade performs primarily as a solo artist on her concert pedal harp.
